Professional course for dancers and dance teachers. Why should Dance teachers learn the art of Nattuvangam? Until now, dance teachers have been doing Nattuvangam based on their tala knowledge and technical experience and with this ability they have been teaching items choreographed by themselves or their Gurus. It is a matter of fact that unlike Carnatic Music, there is no systematized training methodology for learning or teaching Nattuvangam.

Guruji Natyacharya, a Music and Bharatanatyam teacher and a research scholar, has formulated systematic methodology of learning this art and attaining the stage of perfection through his book “Natya Nattuvanga Saram” and also takes direct classes (also through skype) to teach this.
